		<description>Cool! I am mentally filing this away for future reference if the day comes when I need to feed a little one. What I want to know is how you get the cubes to pop out of the tray so easily? I use this trick for pesto, made in the blender, and even with its high oil content I always have to dig the cubes out of the trays with a table knife. Messy!</description>
